2026 Registration

Welcome to Valley Thunder Lacrosse!

• League play starts in May.  The season for teams in the SMLL will conclude with a two day League Championship. This year, the Championship Weekend will be July 10-12th in a location that is TBD. Teams playing in MMLL (Metro Minor Lacrosse League) may have a different end date.

• Teams in U7/U9-U17 will have two practices per week, with games typically being on the weekend in either the Kings Mutual Century Center  (Berwick) or the Credit Union Centre (Kingston). 

• Practices start Late April/Early May.

• Please visit the equipment section to learn more about what equipment is required.

• Goalie Gear Provided

• Registration will open February 16th, 2026 at 8 am.

Age Groups & Registration Fee:

Please be advised: Players must register for their appropriate age division. We reserve the right to request players to "play down" or (for females) switch to a female team based on skill and safety considerations. Thank you for your understanding.

U7/9 Jan 1 2018 to Dec 31 2021: Registration Fee $200

U11 2016 to 2017: Registration Fee $345

U13 2014 to 2015: Registration Fee $370

U15 2012 to 2013: Registration Fee $395

U17 2010 to 2011: Registration Fee $420

JB 2005 and younger: Registration Fee $455

Payments: Credit Card or e-transfer (treasurer@valleythunderlax.com). Please put players name and level in the comments. 

All registration must be paid in full by May 15th. The first payment (minimum of 50% of total) is due by April 1st (NEW) and the remaining balance is due by May 15th.

*VTL Reserves the right to demand proof of residence as required.

 2026 Refund Policy 

• 90% refund before May 1 of funds paid.

• 50% refund before May 15 of funds paid.

• 0% refund after May 15, unless for medical reasons, with doctor's note and at the discretion of the VTL executive

• If the 2025 lacrosse season is cancelled or paused once the season has officially started and we are unable to offer a full lacrosse season, we will offer whatever refund we can after we consider the cost obligations of the club.
